avenue ventured into the Commercial Fitouts Business in 2013 with our expertise in Integrated Building Management Solutions. The Integrated Building Management System called for Integration of the various systems and services in the office space. Often it was found that various systems were designed without the “Integrated Solutions” approach and often the client had to shell excess amount of commercials to get the systems somehow integrated and configured while still not having the seamless experience. We tried teaching and educating the various service contractors and integrators with an aim of creating a flawless integrated solution for our clients while drastically cutting down on the commercials with a design intent clarity since the start.

When we failed, we realized the need to step in the executioners shoes of the various MEP services in the project and Avenues Commercial Fitouts Divison was conceived.

The Commercial Fitouts Division is equipped to install and integrate various MEP services in office spaces like HVAC Systems, Electrical Systems, Networking, Audio Video, Fire Fighting and Fire Detection Systems, ELV systems,etc and getting it seamlessly integrated with the IBMS system of the client.

The Commercial Fitouts Division of Avenue Promises to execute various Services with the End Goal of a Flawless Integrated Experience with a future scope of scaling it over IoT.
