Milestones

1996: Benson Constructions was founded in 1996 by Sunny Varghese, an entrepreneur of exemplary vision and drive. The Company began as a modest 2-member team engaging in Civil Constructions.

2000: The company set its sights on larger expansions, took on shareholders. After this, it witnessed constant and profitable growth, expanding into new product lines, and in a big move, started undertaking construction work for various industries in Roha, Mahad, Gujrat and other emerging industrial belts in India.

2003: Within 7 years of formation the company started Undertaking Major Construction Contracts with IIT & BARC

2010: The company crosses the 250 Million INR Revenue Mark.

2013: Avenue Turnkey Solutions Is formed as an offshoot of the parent company with a vision of undertaking Integrated EPC Contracts.

2016: Blesson Varghese - an engineering graduate and alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies - takes over the reins of the company to spearhead the company to aggrandizement.

2018: Accredited Class A Licensed Agency by Govt of Maharashtra for executing projects in Maharashtra.

2020: The company set its sights on larger expansions, took on shareholders and became AvenueCorp India Pvt Ltd.

2021: The Company ventures into International Operations.
